During our intake, we’ll work through your presenting problems to find out where your parents failed you… oops Freudian slip. I mean to clarify your offers, messaging, and audience. I promise, there’ll be no “how does that make you feel?” or ink blots.
Many clients have major breakthroughs in this phase that extend much further than the copy we’re about to work on! This clarity impacts every area of your business.

The only way to truly know your marketing efforts will convert is to collect data. I’ll survey and interview your past, current, and prospective customers. I’ll also observe your audience in their natural habitat (social media!) to see how they speak about their problems, desires, and any experience with competitors.

Using our findings from phases 1 and 2, I’ll create a Treatment Plan - a messaging framework that will guide the copy and strategy. You’ll sign off on it before any copy is written, so we know we’re on the same page.
